USI finishes 12th in the Butler Invitational
INDIANAPOLIS, IN–The University of Southern Indiana men’s golf team moved up to 12th in the final round of the Butler Fall Invitational at Eagle Creek Golf Course in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Screaming Eagles shot a final round 304 to pass Quincy University.
USI was led by freshman Ted O’Brien (Santa Claus, Indiana), who had a three-round 223 (69-77-77) and tied for 21st. Senior Craig Toler (Moweaqua, Illinois) followed O’Brien by moving into a tie for 37th with a three round 227 (83-71-73).
The Eagles will play in the first of the NCAA II Great Lakes Fall Invitational hosted by Grand Valley State University in South Haven, Michigan.
