USI men's soccer to hold tryouts November 11
The University of Southern Indiana men's soccer team will conduct an open tryout for high school seniors that have either completed their final year of soccer eligibility or will begin their final year in the winter or spring of 2008.
The tryout date is November 11 at 11:00 a.m. on the USI campus. Registration will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the Physical Activities Center (PAC). Participants will need to dress for both indoor and outdoor activities depending on the weather.
In order to participate in the tryout, potential student athletes must have a copy of a recent athletic activity physical (no exceptions). A copy of the 2007 high school physical is acceptable.
Players need to pre-register their attendance two (2) days prior to the tryout date by e-mailing the information below to USI Head Coach Dan Hogan at dhogan@usi.edu. Detailed information about the tryout will be e-mailed upon confirmation of attendance.
Call 812/464-1946 before traveling on November 11 as the tryout might be cancelled or moved to another location due to bad weather.
