Christoph Burger,
Men's Tennis Assistant Coach

Christoph Burger begins his first year as an assistant men's tennis coach to Head Coach Ross Brown in 2008-09. He is assisting in all aspects of the program.

Burger makes the step up from player to coach after three successful seasons as an Eagle. He was a two-time All-GLVC performer, posting a career singles record of 41-16 and a doubles mark of 13-12.

The two-time Academic All-GLVC performer recorded his best singles mark as a junior when he was 19-7, while his best doubles year came as a senior when he combined with four different partners to post a 13-12 record.

Burger came to USI from Luitpold-Gymnasium in Wasserburg, Germany. He ranked number 120 in Germany U-18 and number 15 in Bavaria U-18 in 2003.
