2008: Went 4-1 with a 4.92 ERA in 16 appearances inside the pitching
circle...picked up her first-career collegiate win in a relief appearance
against nationally-ranked Southwest Minnesota State...pitched 5.0 scoreless
innings in that game, giving up just four hits in USI's 6-5 victory...came
back two days later to pick up her first complete-game victory when she
allowed just one unearned run off four hits in the Eagles' 6-1 win over
Upper Iowa...had a stretch during the season in which she was 4-0 with a
1.02 ERA in eight appearances.
2007: Saw action in 22 games as a freshman...started two games, including one in the pitching circle...hit .333 in nine total at-bats and .500 in six at-bats as a pinch-hitter...was 0-1 with a 4.33 ERA in the pitching circle.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Scecina Memorial High School (Indianapolis) where she was 13-0 with a 0.43 ERA and a .398 batting average as a senior...helped lead SMHS to a 26-1 record in 2006...hit .344 and posted a 0.62 ERA as a junior...hit .311 and posted a 0.83 ERA as a sophomore in 2004...earned All-Conference, All-City, and All-East honors and is a three-time All-Tournament selection in the Crusader Classic, earning Most Outstanding Player honors in 2006...helped SMHS to three city and sectional championships as well as one regional championship...SMHS finished second in the region in 2005 after winning the regional championship in 2004.
