2008: Appeared in 20 games, making 20 starts...went 9-6 with a 3.48 ERA and a team-best opponent batting average of .254...earned GLVC Pitcher of the Week honors after going 3-0 with a 0.67 ERA and a .164 opponent batting average against Rockhurst, Bellarmine, and Northern Kentucky...pitched a one-hit shutout in USI's win over Northern Kentucky...was bothered by a knee injury late in the season, but still managed to pitch effectively in the GLVC Tournament despite being charged with the loss against Missouri-St. Louis...gave up just two runs off four hits in 7.2 innings of work in that game.
2007: Was granted a medical redshirt after a knee injury ended her year early in the season...prior to the injury, posted a team-best 1.01 ERA to go with a 3-2 record in six appearances and 27.2 innings of work...had two complete-game shutouts...held opposing hitters to just a .233 batting average.
TRANSFER: Transferred from Parkland College (Champaign, Illinois) where she posted a 30-5 overall record with a 0.88 ERA in two seasons...was the 2006 NJCAA II Region XXIV Player of the Year...was Parkland's offensive MVP after hitting .424 with five home runs and 29 RBIs as a sophomore in 2006...was 16-3 with a 0.54 ERA as a sophomore and 14-2 with a 1.39 ERA as a freshman...helped Parkland to back-to-back NJCAA II Region XXIV championships and national runner-up finishes...Parkland was 53-8 in 2005 and 45-6 in 2006...transferred to Parkland after spending a semester at Oakland City University.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Forrest Park High School (Ferdinand) where she was a first-team All-State selection and member of the Indiana South All-Star team as a senior in 2004...also earned All-District V honors as a junior in 2003.
