averaging a team-high 3.97 digs per game...was seventh in the GLVC in
digs...also was fourth in the GLVC in conference-only matches with 4.57 digs
per game...posted USI's second-best
single-season dig total (464) and recorded a career-high and school-record 33
digs against Rockhurst on September 30...recorded 10 or more digs in 25
matches and 20 or more digs in four matches...averaged 0.31 service aces per
game, with a season-best three posted on multiple occasions...ranks third
all-time at USI with 1,190 career digs and fifth all-time at USI with 131
career service aces...needs 164 digs to become USI's all-time leader.
2004: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after setting a school record for digs in a single season...also earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season...did not switch to libero until the 13th match of the season...averaged 4.84 digs per game as USI's libero, including a career-high and school single-match record 32 digs against Quincy University...recorded 10 or more digs in 24 matches and 20 or more digs in eight matches...averaged 2.15 kills per game and a .201 attacking percentage prior to switching to libero...recorded 10 or more kills in five matches, with a career-high 17 coming against the University of Alabama-Huntsville...also had five double-doubles...was third in the GLVC with 0.48 service aces per game and fifth in the GLVC with 4.14 digs per game...led the conference with 0.55 service aces per game in GLVC-only matches.
2003: Named Academic All-GLVC as a freshman in 2003...used primarily in defensive and serving situations, averaged 2.28 digs and 0.36 service aces per game...ranked 11th in the GLVC in service aces per game...recorded 10 or more digs 11 times, including a season-high 16 on two occasions...tallied a season-high seven service aces against Kentucky Wesleyan College and recorded a season-high five kills three times.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Newton High School in Newton, Illinois, where she was a three-time All-Apollo Conference performer...named honorable mention All-State by the Champaign News-Gazette...helped NHS to three conference championships and two regional championships...earned MVP honors at NHS in 2001 and 2002 and was tabbed as All-Area by the Decatur Herald & Review as well as the Effingham Daily News...member of the National Honor Society and was a four-year honor roll student at NHS.
