Buschman, Hindman earn All-Tournament honors
EVANSVILLE, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana volleyball junior middle blocker Meg Buschman (Reynolds, Indiana) and sophomore right side hitter/setter Kathi Hindman (Carmel, Indiana) were named to the Lewis University Flyer Festival All-Tournament team in a vote by the participating schools' head coaches.

Buschman continued her solid play as she averaged a 3.17 kills and 1.25 blocks per game. She recorded 10 kills, a .381 attacking percentage, and six blocks in the Screaming Eagles' 3-0 victory over Bryant University. Buschman added 17 kills and four blocks in USI's 3-2 victory over Saint Cloud State University before finishing the tournament with 11 kills and five blocks in USI's 3-1 setback to Winona State University.

Hindman averaged 3.78 kills per game and attacked at a clip of .363 in her collegiate debut as a right side hitter. She racked up a career and match-high 21 kills to go with a .463 attacking percentage against Saint Cloud State and finished the tournament with 13 kills and four blocks in the loss to Winona State.
USI (4-3) opens its home and GLVC schedule Friday at 7 p.m. when it hosts Quincy University at the Physical Activities Center. The Eagles host No. 15 Southern Illinois University Saturday at 3 p.m.
