23 games in 2006-07...averaged 1.6 points and 6.5 minutes per game,
including a season-high 17 minutes against Purdue University and nine
minutes against Indiana University/Purdue University-Ft. Wayne.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Bosse High School (Evansville) where she
was a two-time first-team All-Conference performer...owns a spot in BHS's
1,000-point club after leading the team in scoring for four straight
seasons...tallied a career-high 34 points during her senior season and was a
first-team All-Metro player as a junior and senior.
PERSONAL: Born December 1, 1987...daughter of Vinetta Dawson...graduated from BHS with academic honors and participated in the YMCA DIAMONDS (Determined, Intelligent, Active, Mature, Outstanding, New, Dedicated, Sisters), which helped promote healthy choices and healthy relationships to establish career goals and increase self-esteem...also was involved in the YWCA Live Y'ers mentoring program.
