USI receives votes for preseason top 25 poll
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana women's basketball team received votes for the USA Today ESPN Division II Top 25 Preseason Poll. It marks the sixth straight season and the 10 in 12 years that the Screaming Eagles have either been ranked or received votes in the top 25 poll.
Drury University was the top-ranked GLVC team at number two, while Quincy University, Lewis University, and Bellarmine University also received votes.
The Screaming Eagles (0-3) begin a four-game homestand November 15 when they host Brescia University. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
