Women's basketball to hold fundraiser Tuesday,
Proceeds to help local breast cancer patients

EVANSVILLE, Ind.—The University of Southern Indiana women's basketball team is holding a "Celebrity Server" fundraiser Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the Westside Golden Corral on Pearl Drive.

USI players and coaches will be on hand to wait tables in an effort to raise money for local residents who are suffering from breast cancer.

The Screaming Eagles passed out pink tickets for the event at their recent "Pack the PAC in Pink" game. Patrons who attend Tuesday night are encouraged to bring those tickets if they have them. They also can let the Golden Corral staff know at the door that they are there for the fundraiser.
