HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mater Dei High School where she earned 11 varsity letters in cross country, track, volleyball, and basketball...was the Evansville Runners/Walkers Club Female High School Runner of the Year in 2002...earned the 2001 Cross Country Leadership Award and was a three-time most valuable performer in track...earned honorable mention All-State honors in cross country in 2002 and 2003 and was the regional champion and record holder in 2003...in track, was a regional qualifier in the 800 meters (2001) and the 1,600 meters (2002, 2003, 2004)...won the sectional championship in the 3,200 meters in 2002 and 2004 as well as the regional championship in the 3,200 meters in 2004...also was a three-time state qualifier in the 3,200 meters as well as a state qualifier in the 1,600 meters in 2003.
