CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...ran top seven for the
Eagles in seven races and top five in four events...finished 21st at the
GLVC Championships with a 6k time of 23:45.59...was 58th at the NCAA II
Great Lakes Region Championships with a season-best 6k time of
23:33.78...was 147th at the NCAA II Championships with a 6k time of
23:56.10...was fifth at the Millikin Fast Times Challenge with a 6k time of
24:17.97...finished 27th in the Little State Competition of the Indiana
Intercollegiate with a season-best 5k time of 19:42.14. INDOOR TRACK:
Finished sixth in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time at the GLVC
Championships...also was 11th in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of
11:07.89 at the GLVC Championships...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to
an 8th-place finish and time of 4:27.91 at the GLVC Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second
in the 10,000 meters and sixth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC
Championships...also had a second-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the
Little State Championships...posted a season-best 10,000-meter time of
39:35.08 at the GLVC Championships and a season-best 5,000-meter time of
18:41.65 at the SEMOtion Relays...ran the 3,000 meters in 10:57.90 at the
Eastern Kentucky Open...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
2006-07
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
INDOOR TRACK: Finished 11th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC
Championships with a season-best time of 19:20.07...also competed in the
mile and 3,000 meters...posted a season-best time of 5:45.58 in the mile at
the Indiana Open II...ran the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 11:09.04
at the Hoosier Relays. OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned All-GLVC honors after
winning the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of
39:32.40...also finished seventh in the 5,000 meters with a time of
19:11.01...ran the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 10:45.79 at the
Vanderbilt Invitational...finished third in the 5,000 meters at the SIUE
Twilight with a season-best time of 18:49.28...was sixth in the 10,000
meters at the Little State Championships with a season-best time of
39:07.20.
2005-06
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 22nd in the open competition of the Indiana
Intercollegiate with a 5k time of 21:39.00...was 55th at the Saluki
Invitational with a 5k time of 20:34.51...finished 31st at the UE Early Bird
Invitational with a 4k time of 17:30.60...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
INDOOR TRACK: Was 14th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships
with a season-best 5,000-meter time of 20:05.94...posted a season-best
3,000-meter time of 11:43.87 at the Wabash Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK:
Competed in 5,000 and 10,000 meters...posted a top 5,000-meter time of
19:49.40 at the Vanderbilt Invitational and had a season-best 10,000-meter
time of 41:45.53 at the Little State Championships...earned Academic All-GLVC
honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Shelbyville High School in Shelbyville, Indiana.
