CROSS COUNTRY: Was 76th at the GLVC Championships with a 6k time of
25:30.78...posted a season-best 5k time of 20:57.79 at the Greater
Louisville XC Classic...finished 41st at the USI Alumni Classic with a 4k
time of 16:43.00.
INDOOR TRACK: Placed 19th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC
Championships with a time of 22:10.26...posted a season-best 5,000-meter
time of 20:30.34 at the DePauw Invitational and a season-best 3,000-meter
time of 12:03.23 at the Saluki Booster Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK:
Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned nine varsity letters in cross country, cheerleading, and track at Carmi-White High School...was the team's Most Valuable Runner in 2004 and 2005 after earning All-Conference honors in both years...qualified for state in cross country and track in 2004 and helped CWHS to the conference title in 2004...also won the regional championship and was CWHS's first female student-athlete to qualify for state in cross country during her junior year in 2004...posted personal-best times of 19:00 in the three-mile run; 5:35 in the 1,600 meters; 12:21 in the 3,200 meters, and 2:28 in the 800 meters...member of numerous student organizations including the Key Club, ALPHA, GAC, FCA, Student Council, and the National Honor Society.
