USI cross country moves up in rankings

Great Lakes Regional Rankings
The University of Southern Indiana cross country teams both moved into the top 10 in Division II in the latest national rankings. The men’s squad moved from 13th to 10th while the women’s squad improved from 11th to seventh in the country.
Fresh off a pair of GLVC titles, both squads improved to second in the latest Great Lakes Regional rankings. The two squads had been ranked fourth prior to the GLVC Championships.
The Screaming Eagles will compete next Saturday, November 8, at the NCAA II Great Lakes Regional Championships in Allendale, Michigan.

Eagles run away with titles
The University of Southern Indiana took home the men’s and women’s team titles Saturday at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Cross Country Championships in Romeoville, Illinois. It is the first time in school history and just the third time in GLVC history that both the men’s and women’s teams from the same school have won conference titles in the same year. (more)
