To be eligible, the student athlete must be a starter or important reserve with legitimate athletic credentials and at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). They must have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at your institution (true freshmen, red-shirt freshmen and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at your institution. The women’s At-Large team includes student athletes in bowling, crew, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming, tennis, and water polo.
CoSIDA’s College Division includes NCAA Division II and III as well as both divisions of NAIA, while District V includes institutions from Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ontario, and Manitoba.
Beaman ranked third on the team in 2003-04 with a career-best 84.0 strokes per round (spr) average. She improved greatly this season, shaving over nine strokes per round off of her average.
