USI women's golf is 4th after first round at Bulldog Fall Invitational

Big Rapids, MI—The University of Southern Indiana women's golf team was fourth after the first 18 holes of the Bulldog Fall Invitational hosted by Ferris State University at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Michigan. The final 18 holes will be played Sunday.
The Screaming Eagles completed their first round of the 2004-05 season with a 315, 19 strokes off the pace set by host Ferris State, which shot a 296. Grand Valley State University and Northern Kentucky University are tied for second at 301.
Freshman Audrey Ramsey (Muncie, Indiana) led the Screaming Eagles with a 76 in her first collegiate tournament and is currently tied for 10th individually. Junior Tara Ulmer (Bluffton, Indiana) followed Ramsey with a 77 and tied for 15th, while sophomore Megan Pendergraft posted a first-round 79 and was tied for 20th.
