USI women’s golf eighth at Illinois
URBANA, Ill.—The University of Southern Indiana women’s golf team finished eighth at the University of Illinois Illini Spring Classic Saturday at the Stone Creek Golf Course. The Screaming Eagles opened the tournament Friday with a team score of 341 and closed on Saturday with a 322.
Sophomore Ashley Ramig (Milan, Indiana) led the Eagles with a 164 after shooting the team’s low-round of 77 on Saturday. Ramig’s 164 put her into a tie for 26th.
USI will wrap up the 2004-05 regular season April 17-18 when it competes in the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Tournament at the Sunset Hills Country Club in Edwardsville, Illinois.
