Collins named second team All-GLVC
Shetler and Homolla named honorable mention
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – University of Southern Indiana sophomore forward Julie Collins (Merrillville, Indiana) was named second team All-GLVC in a vote of the conference head coaches. Senior midfielder Alisann Shetler (Evansville, Indiana) and sophomore goalkeeper Meagan Homolla (Portage, Indiana) were named honorable mention All-GLVC.

Collins, who was named GLVC Player of Week twice this season, led the Screaming Eagles with 28 points on a team-best 11 goals and six assists. She also tied for fourth in the GLVC in goals scored, ranked fifth in points, and tied for 10th in assists.

Alisann Shetler |
Collins also posted a team-high five game-winning goals that tied for first in the GLVC.
Shetler had 15 points in 2005 on seven goals and one assist. She concludes her four years as a member of the Eagles ranking third in points (55) and goals scored (25).

Meagan Homolla |
Homolla led the Eagles between the posts, registering a 9-8-1 overall record with a pair of shutouts. She also had a 1.68 goals against average, nearly one goal less than her average as a freshman.
The Eagles reached the GLVC Tournament in 2005 for the first time since 2000 after posting a 9-8-2 overall record and an 8-5-0 GLVC mark.
