EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana women's soccer team announced the addition of six new players for the 2006 season. The signees include two defenders, two midfielders, a forward, and a utility player.
Signing to attend USI is Jasper High School (Jasper, Indiana) senior Jenna Keusch. Keusch, a defender who earned 10 letters in three sports at JHS, was a three-time All-Big 8 Conference performer while earning honorable mention All-State honors in 2005 and All-District recognition in 2004 and 2005. She also was a member of the All-Academic team as a junior and senior.
During Keusch's years at JHS, the Wildcats won the Big-8 Conference championships in 2004 and 2005 as well as the sectional and regional titles in 2005.
From the middle part of Indiana, Noblesville High School (Noblesville, Indiana) senior midfielder Shauni Boudia and Speedway High School (Speedway, Indiana) senior midfielder Katie Teagarden head south to play for USI. Boudia, who signed a national letter of intent, is a two-time Indiana All-State performer and earned first team honors in 2005. She also was a two-time first team All-District and All-Conference player.
Teagarden was an All-Conference and team Most Valuable Player in 2005 in helping SHS to a conference championship in soccer.
The Eagles have three players signing from the northwest corner of the state forward Kara Georgeff, utility player Alison Conquest, and defender Jaclyn Clements. Georgeff and Conquest signed national letters of intent.
Georgeff, a senior two-sport letterwinner at Highland High School (Highland, Indiana), is a three-time first team All-Conference player while earning All-District and All-Area recognition as a senior. She also scored 22 goals as a senior.
Conquest and Clements will travel to USI together from Crown Point, Indiana.

Clements lettered in soccer and basketball at Crown Point High School (Crown Point, Indiana). She was named to CPHS Top Team Player and Indiana Soccer Coaches Association Academic All-State in 2005. The CPHS Bulldog won the 2003 sectional and regional crowns and a share of the 2005 Duneland Athletic Conference championships during Clements' tenure.
