Engelbrecht named to MVC All-Centennial team
EVANSVILLE, Ind. University of Southern Indiana Head Coach Krissy Engelbrecht was named to the Missouri Valley Conference Women's Soccer All-Centennial Team. Engelbrecht also was the number one choice in the fan balloting.
Completing her fourth season at the helm of the USI women's program, Engelbrecht was an outstanding player for the University of Evansville prior to becoming a coach. She was a three-time Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year and All-Great Lakes Region team member, leading the Aces to four straight MVC titles and two NCAA Division I Tournament appearances.
She was joined on the All-Centennial team by four Evansville teammates and former Aces' Head Coach Mick Lyons.
