Decker named All-GLVC
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – University of Southern Indiana women's tennis senior Kim Decker (Brownsburg, Indiana) was named All-GLVC in a vote by the conference coaches.
Decker plays number one singles for the Eagles and has an overall record of 9-13 and a GLVC mark of 3-2. She is 7-10 in dual matches throughout the season, while posting an individual tournament record of 2-3.
Combining with senior Betsy Gentry (Anderson, Indiana) at number one doubles, Decker had a record of 8-5 , 4-1 in the GLVC. She also paired with senior Audra Bartelt (Jasper, Indiana) for a 2-4 doubles record in the fall tournaments and with junior Maggie Coffman (Sellersburg, Indiana) at number two doubles for a 2-2 dual match record.
The Eagles and Decker play in the GLVC Tournament Friday in Springfield, Missouri. USI, the third seed from the West Division, plays Bellarmine University, the second seed from the East Division.
USI women's tennis falls to Evansville, 7-0

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana women's tennis team lost it regular season finale, 7-0, at the University of Evansville Wednesday afternoon. USI finishes the regular season, 9-8, overall.
The Eagles did win one of the doubles matches when junior Maggie Coffman (Sellersburg, Indiana) and freshman Gretchen Cantwell (Vincennes, Indiana) won a number three, 8-2. The Aces won at number one and number two doubles to pick up the doubles points.
USI plays in the GLVC Tournament Friday and Saturday in Springfield, Missouri. The Eagles, the third seed from the West Division, play Bellarmine University, the second seed from the East Division, at 11 a.m. in the first round Friday.
