Printing Services’ staff is professionally trained in the specialized area of publishing, a unique and complex field, freeing other University departments to focus on the work for which they are charged while the Publishing office produces their supporting documents. The department uses a team approach to plan and develop publishing projects.

- State-of-the-art Macintosh graphic design systems; full range of modern printing and bindery equipment; large format printing and mounting equipment; digital, high-speed, centralized copier and high-quality color copying equipment with full-range bindery capability; variable data capability
- Archival system and chargeback process

- Accessibility: the Publishing Services Center is located on Clarke Lane near Reflection Lake, adjacent to parking lot H
- Courier access: availability of an express courier service for campus delivery of printed materials
- Printing requisitions are available in Outlook with general production guidelines noted
