Divisional Awards
The Student Affairs Awards were created to recognize members of the staff who exemplify the core values of the division in their everyday work and associations with the USI community. The Core Value Awards recognize individuals while both individuals and departments may be nominated for the Spirit of Student Affairs awards. Award recipients are selected by the Staff Development Committee and are based solely on the nominations submitted for each award; therefore, nominators should review the second page of this form for specific instructions on submitting outstanding nominations.
