USI Group Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan
The University can assist students in obtaining health insurance coverage.
The annual policy provides year-round coverage.
All undergraduate students taking three or more credits and all graduate students are eligible to enroll in the plan.
Students who enroll in the plan may obtain family coverage for eligible dependents or a spouse residing with the insured student, or for unmarried children under 23 years of age who are not self-supporting and reside with the insured student.

Insurance information packets are also available at the USI Student Health Center and at the Student Immunization Office.
