Creating Excellent Organizations Workshops
The C.E.O. Workshops are designed to help advisors, student organizations and their leaders to learn about the resources available to them and to teach valuable skills that will improve the groups. From Advising 101 to how to win awards, the C.E.O. Series is a must for any advisor and student organization. The 2010-2011 C.E.O. Workshop schedule is as follows:

Whose drink is on the right? What about the napkin? Get your questions answered at the Dinner Etiquette Workshop! This presentation will cover appropriate etiquette in a variety of situations. Business Casual dress is required for this event and a meal will be provided.

What does your organization's resume look like? This workshop will address how to you can use the yearly accomplishments in the application process for various recognition awards such as leadership awards and scholarships. Also, gain knowledge of how to prepare a organizational portfolio.

Paperwork is everywhere during the end of the semester. Make sure that you have all of the details covered. This workshop will provide your organization with the necessary tools to perform an effective officer transition.

If you or your organizations are interested in participating in one or more of these workshops, you may sign up by calling the Office of Student Development Programs at 812-465-7167.

*Indicates that these sessions require that you sign up in advance by the deadline. A minimum of 5 students must be signed up by 12 p.m. the Friday before the scheduled session.
**The deadlines for the Dinner Etiquette Workshops are as follows: November 15 - The deadline to register is Tuesday, November 9, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. February 21 - The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 15, 2010, at 4:30 p.m.
