Why do I need to update my organization?
Updating your organization is beneficial to students who may be interested in joining your group. When you update your officer rosters and meeting times, that information is instantly updated in the student organization directory that students search through when trying to join an organization. If your group's organization isn't up to date, you may miss out on a potential new member.

Complete the Organization Update Form.
Simply complete the Student Organization Update Form. This is the same form that you fill out when your group completes the renewal process. You can do this in one of two ways:

1. Complete the Online Organization Update Form. You will need your organization password to renew online. You received this in a mailing in April 2007. If you have misplaced your password, please contact the Office of Student Development Programs.

2. Complete the Printable Organization Update Form and mail or fax it to:
