Our student organization is requesting a mailbox in the Student Involvement Center. We have read and agree to the policies listed below. (Please check to verify.)

Policies

Your organization must be a current registered student organization to request a mailbox in the Student Involvement Center.
Your organization does not need to request a mailbox each year. The mailbox will automatically be renewed as long as the organization remains as a registered student organization.
The Office of Student Development Programs reserves the right to take away your mailbox if it is used inappropriately.
By requesting a mailbox, the organization agrees to only give the combination to those members that need access. We will not reissue combinations each year for your organization.
By requesting a mailbox, the organization agrees to check that mailbox weekly during the academic year.
