How to Submit Your Program
Submitting your program to THREADS is simple.
For USI employees:
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Click on Tools.
- Go to Forms.
- Click on Choose Forms.
- Double click on USI Event Request Form.
- Enter the information for your program.
- Identify your program as a diversity program by
entering an "X" in the appropriate box.
For USI students:
- Access the
Event Request Form from Scheduling Services.
- Enter the information for your program.
- Identify your program as a diversity program by
entering an "X" in the appropriate box.
