Current volunteers are asked to keep track of their hours for recognition and program information purposes. The following options may be used for submitting hours:
- Hours can be emailed to volunteerusi@usi.edu
- Hours can be reported by telephone at 812/465-1215
- Timesheets may be mailed or hand delivered to Alumni & Volunteer Services located in the Wright Administration Building, room 104P. Volunteer timesheets may be obtained by emailing volunteerusi@usi.edu or calling 812/465-1215.
Please provide the volunteer's name, address, volunteer event or project, and the number of hours volunteered. Volunteers are welcome to call the volunteer office to inquire about hour totals. Hours are recorded by the USI fiscal year from July 1 through June 30.
