USI Web Server
The University maintains its own web server which hosts files published on the Internet. The web server is available for all colleges and departments. The purpose of the server is to post information, promote programs, and streamline operations for the enhancement of the University.

The web server should not be used to publish or store personal information that is not directly related to your role at USI.

Faculty and staff may request access to the USI web server through their dean or department director.  Web Services does not grant permission for students (student workers, interns, etc) to access the web server through MyUSI accounts. 

Access should be requested via email by the respective dean or department director.  Please include:

• the person’s full name
• MyUSI user name
• the folder name – or web address – of the web site
• whether web editing software (Expression Web) needs to be installed
