Implementing the new stationery set
As we roll out the new branding updates, it is not necessary to dispose of current items. It's okay to use up materials such as business cards, stationery, letterhead, office supplies, etc. You do not have to throw these items away. However, changes must be made for all re-orders and any newly created materials. To order new business cards, letterhead and envelopes submit a Publishing Services requisition found in the Outlook forms library. If you have questions on submitting the form, call Creative and Print Services at 464-1954 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some departments that deal directly with the public and where brand is important to work being done, may consider updating items even if inventory remains.
By phasing out our current inventory, we can eliminate unnecessary waste. Moving forward, Marketing and Communications and Creative and Print Services can assist with questions regarding updates and new materials.
