The University of Southern Indiana chapter of the Association for Computer Machinery will host its first Hackathon from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at the Griffin Center on the USI campus.
Erika Taylor, CEO of the Evansville YWCA, will deliver remarks during the dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 12 in Carter Hall, located in the University Center on the USI campus.
The 54-hour event, the largest of its kind in Indiana, will be held from Friday, April 12 through Sunday, April 14 in the newly-remodeled third floor of the Health Professions Center on the University of Southern Indiana campus.
The ceremony, with a theme of “Building Community by Celebrating Diversity, Engagement, and Service,” will highlight the University’s impact on its students and alumni, as well as the local and global communities.
This event will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, in BE0035 in the Business and Engineering Center. The presentation is free and open to students, faculty, administrators and the public.

The day-long, multi-session event, titled "Movement(s)," will take place Friday, February 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Carter Hall in University Center West.
Now in its third year, the symposium will feature more than 30 presentations, covering everything from the syllabus to students' attention, as well as a keynote address delivered by Dr. Jennifer Friberg.
