Spring 2020 Updates
As a result of the continued increase in positive COVID-19 cases in Southern Indiana and following extensive consultation with local and state health officials, Spring 2020 Commencement Exercises scheduled to take place in the Screaming Eagles Arena at the University of Southern Indiana have been cancelled. More information can be found at USI.edu/commencement.
Did you order your cap and gown from the Campus Store?
The Campus Store staff started processing orders the week of May 4. Graduation regalia, gifts, and apparel orders went out the week of May 11. Students who ordered items and requested pick-up in the store before the closure of campus were contacted for shipping arrangements. If you have specific questions about your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participating In Commencement
If you wish to participate in Commencement exercises it is necessary for you to inform us of your intent to participate. Go to the Commencement website to complete your required Commencement reservation form. It’s quick and easy! You will receive confirmation of your reservation. If you do not receive a message confirming your reservation, if you have any questions about Commencement, or about this new reservation process, please call the Office of Special Events at 812-464-1930.

Cap, gown, tassel, & hood - this is a special order item. Please allow 30 days for delivery. Late orders will incur a $25.00 late fee and will not be guaranteed for delivery - also available for sale in the USI Campus Store. Order the package online.
