USI Employee Governance

In August 2019, the Administrative Senate, Faculty Senate, and Staff Council together solicited questions and concerns from their constituents (faculty, staff, and administrators) through an anonymous survey. Subsequently, the Governance Groups hosted and facilitated on-campus listening sessions. Questions and concerns brought forth during these listening sessions were added to those submitted anonymously. 

So that these questions and concerns could be directly addressed by University Leadership, the University Governance Groups have organized monthly Town Halls. Each Town Hall is open to the University Community and focuses on a specific topic. So that all of the University community may be kept abreast of these efforts, videos and any information relevant to these events will be published on this website
