Appeal of Financial Assistance Ineligibility The deadline to submit an appeal for priority review for Spring 2023 is March 24. All appeals received between March 24 and the end of the Spring 2023 term will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if an appeal can be considered for Spring 2023 or if it must be held for Summer 2023. |

We recommend completing the Graduate PLUS Loan Application online at StudentAid.gov, however, paper applications may be downloaded and printed. Note that paper applications will take longer to process. |

The Loan Adjustment Form is used for students who are graduating in the fall or for students who are needing to make an adjustment to a loan that has already been accepted/processed. |
