Call For Papers

Deadline: March 4, 2019

The University of Southern Indiana welcomes abstract submissions for its second annual USI Graduate Student Colloquium relating to the theme of revolutions and evolutions. Papers/posters/performances on (r)evolutions of thought and (r)evolutions within a discipline that showcase work by students in the university’s graduate programs are welcome.

The colloquium will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 in Carter Hall. Papers will be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of questions. Posters will be displayed during poster sessions. Performances will be up to 15 minutes long.

Abstracts must include:

  • presenter’s name and graduate program
  • paper or project title
  • graduate program
  • delivery method (paper/poster/performace)
  • email address
  • indicate if technology is needed for the presentation

All abstracts must be no longer than 350 words and submitted by March 4, 2019 to usigraduatecolloquium@gmail.com. In the email subject line, please note your graduate program ("Paper abstract/Poster proposal- Graduate program name").
