Description of Program
Oxygen is a basic fundamental component of life.  More than 40 million Americans suffer from some form of chronic airflow limitation. This group of conditions include asthma, chronic bronchitis, and pulmonary emphysema. The healthcare professional with knowledge of good management strategies can help patients to maintain adequate oxygenation and improve overall health.    

Learning Outcome
The learning outcome of this program is to enable the learner to apply the latest clinical guidelines and best practice to the care of patients with respiratory problems through interprofessional collaborative practice.
