The Information Technology department strongly encourages you to use the Outlook mobile app on iOS/Android, the Outlook desktop application on a PC/Mac, or Outlook Web Access (the mail icon on myUSI) to check your email.
By default, we have the IMAP/POP features turned off on all new mailboxes, and on all mailboxes that had not used them in the past 3 months, as of 4/1/2019. This helps to reduce the ways that hackers can attempt to access your account.
If you have a need to use IMAP/POP, please email the IT Help Desk at email@example.com or call them at (812) 465-1080 and our email team can enable that feature on your mailbox. Please specify which protocol you need (IMAP or POP).
