University of Southern Indiana
arabic student

The University of Southern Indiana offers coursework in Arabic through the intermediate level.

Though a bachelor's degree is not currently offered in Arabic, coursework in the language can help students gain valuable language skills, which are in increasingly high demand in a variety of professions ranging from diplomacy to global public health.

Students can further develop their language skills by taking advantage of study abroad opportunities to Arabic-speaking countries such as Jordan, Turkey and Morocco. USI has a direct exchange arrangement with Yarmouk University in Jordan.
