Project Management Certificate/PMI PMP EXAM Preparation

This course is designed for professionals who want to learn or enhance today’s management skills for any type of project. Course topics are based on the updated Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK, 6th Edition, (2017), and prepares you for the new Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam starting March 2018.  Whether you want to learn the basics, leading to the USI certificate, or are pursuing the PMP® certification, this course has you covered. Registrants will receive an easy-to-read text, student workbook, optional online quizzes, tests and a mock exam. Student progress will be monitored and feedback provided weekly.

The class will cover:

  • Project Management Concepts, Framework and Skills
  • Project Integration Management, Scope, Schedule and Cost Management
  • Quality, Resource and Communications Management
  • Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder Management
