**ALL DATES AND TIMES ARE TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE**

Friday, October 12, 2018 - Deadline for senior division HSEF Advancement Track exhibitors to submit research plans/project summaries and completed Forms 1, 1A, and 1B to USI's SRC for pre-experimentation review/approval. These should be submitted at www.sefi.org/register. Research plans will be approved/declined by the SRC within two weeks of submission. Experimentation may not begin until approval is received. 

Friday, February 1, 2019 - Teacher/Adult Sponsor Registration Deadline. Teachers/Adult Sponsors wishing to enter exhibitors into the fair must register for a SEFI account by this date. 

Friday, February 8, 2019 – Senior division on-line registration and the following Senior Division paperwork is due for all senior division exhibitors (HSEF track and non-HSEF track).

Project Abstract must be entered by February 15, 2019. 

All paperwork, excluding the USI Photo Release Form, must be submitted electronically via the SEFI registration website (www.sefi.org/register).  At any time prior to the fair, photo release forms may be mailed or electronically sent to USI at:

Friday, February 15, 2019 – Junior and Elementary Division On-line Registration and All Junior Division and Elementary Division Paperwork is Due.

All paperwork excluding the USI Photo Release Form must be submitted electronically via the SEFI registration website (www.sefi.org/register).  At any time prior to the fair, photo release forms may be mailed or electronically sent to USI at the address listed above.

Thursday, March 7, 2019 - Project set-up will be from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Thursday, March 7, 2019 - Judging with students at displays from 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Students will be admitted to the display area promptly at their designated interview time and will remain at their display throughout their judging session or until released by the chief judge.  (Parents and teachers are not allowed in the display area during the judging/interview process.   A special waiting area will be provided.)  All students will be released no later than 8:00 PM. 

Friday, March 8, 2019 - Free Public Exhibition will be from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday, March 8, 2019 - Projects can be picked up between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM 

(Any projects left at the USI after 6:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2019 will be discarded.  If a student is unable to pick up their projects, arrangements should be made to have them picked up by a friend, family member, or teacher.) 

(NOTE: Category winning displays and special award recipients will be contacted by fair officials on Friday before 3pm.  Specific awards and the grand award winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Monday, March 11, 2019.) 

Monday, March 11, 2019 - The Awards Ceremony will be at 6:30 PM in the Performance Center at USI. **tentative location**
