Special Events and Scheduling Services has temporarily closed the Event Reservation Request Forms on the USI Website. Our office will reinstate the forms once event standards and guidelines have been established by the USI COVID-19 Task Force to maintain the safety, health and well-being of our campus community. We will contact event hosts of previously scheduled fall events to gather additional information and make any necessary changes to be in compliance with the USI COVID-19 Task Force directives. The University of Southern Indiana recognizes its obligation as a public institution to provide services and facilities to community, regional and other non-University groups or individuals. Within a specified timeframe, groups or individuals not affiliated with the University are welcome to reserve indoor or outdoor campus facilities not previously reserved by a group within the University community.

Step Two: Plan Your Event
A meeting/event planner from Special Events and Scheduling Services will contact you after you've submitted your event request. Your event planner will partner with you to coordinate all the details of your event.
Catering is available for most spaces at an additional cost.
