Dr. Mark McKnight, Professor of Accounting, is overseeing the transition of the publishing of the Journal of Accounting, Ethics & Public Policy (JAEPP). As of March 2026, the journal is now being published by The University of Southern Indiana. McKnight has served as Editor-In-Chief of JAEPP since April 2024.
The transition strengthens the journal’s institutional framework while preserving its continuity, editorial independence, open-access model, and established focus on accounting, ethics, and public policy.
Founded in 1998 by Robert W. McGee, JAEPP continues to publish peer-reviewed research and maintains its policy of free access to published articles with no submission or publication charges.
