A leadership communication degree prepares students to lead effectively in fields as varied as law, entrepreneurship, management, non-profit and government, and consulting, among others. USI professors are renowned in the nation and abroad for their teaching and scholarship as well as their interest in helping students build and develop their own professional networks. In the communication leadership program, you will learn to be persuasive in a variety of contexts; to explore how cultural factors can influence communication in settings large and small; conduct qualitative research on topics such as social traditional mass media, pop culture, and live performances, to name a few; and to develop an understanding of the best ethical practices in their personal and professional lives.
Additional credit hours could indicate a major, second minor, or certificate. A minimum of 120 credit hours is required to graduate.
