The Health Professions Center houses the College of Nursing and Health Professions and our program. A lab kitchen featuring a variety of food preparation equipment and a cooking demonstration station are available. Lab space is set aside for completing anthropometrics, body composition, blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol measurements.
A resource room next to the lab houses up-to-date nutrition education materials, models, curriculum, journals, and audio visuals.
Our interdisciplinary Learning Resource Center computers incorporate software for analyzing recipes, diets or working with data.
