Applicants will be scored using a point system: 32 possible points. 24 possible points from GPA + 3 possible points from prior or current health care experience and respiratory observation + 5 possible points from academic preparedness. Please consult the website for further details.
2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Prospective applicants should be or have been in the college preparatory lane in high school. Algebra, physics, chemistry, and biology should be taken. Any advanced courses in these should also be taken.
This is a 24 month program.
Associate of Science Degree
Yes, one copy of your high school and any college transcripts for USI Admissions office and one copy mailed separately to the program.
You must apply to USI first and be accepted, and then you must apply to the program. More details are located on the Program Admission page.
