Cindi Clayton is an Instructor in Business Communication at USI. She received her bachelor's in psychology and her master's in communication from USI in 1999 and 2015, respectively. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, her areas of expertise include business administration, career services and internships, communication studies, human resource management, management and organizational leadership. She became a certified executive leadership coach in 2020.
