If you have been admitted to USI but do not plan to attend, please let us know by replying to your offer of admission. If you are unable to remember your email and/or password used to apply to USI, please call Undergraduate Admissions at 812-464-1765 or email enroll@usi.edu to receive assistance.
If you're a current student taking classes, you'll need to withdraw through the University Registrar's office.
