Henriques has over 30 years experience helping students transition into higher education, be successful in their educational endeavors and support their progress toward graduation and beyond. As a first generation college student who also started as an exploratory major, he understands first-hand what students think, feel and believe. His experience has ranged from serving as an educational counselor, faculty member and dean. He is familiar with the supports and pitfalls in higher education.
