Web time entry information for 9- and 10-month faculty and administrators

Human Resources is excited to announce the final phase of web time entry for the transition from monthly to biweekly pay, geared toward 9-and 10-month faculty and administrators.
Effective the start of the 2025-26 appointment periods, all 9- and 10-month faculty and administrators will transition from monthly to biweekly pay.
To ensure a smooth transition and address any questions, Human Resources request that all 9- and 10-month faculty and administrators attend one general information session. Each session will cover the same topics which include:
- Timing of the first bi-weekly pay for the Fall 2025-2026 appointment year;
- Guidance on how to elect to defer pay, which allows your annual salary to be distributed evenly across 26 pays periods;
- Bi-weekly pay schedule dates;
- Timing of benefit deductions, including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance and retirement contributions; and
- Considerations for adjusting tax withholding, percentage-based deductions, direct deposit elections, and automatic payments.
